Visitation Update – Feb. 18, 2021

Update Regarding Visitation

We are excited to announce the restarting of restricted in-person visitation, beginning today, February 18, 2021.  We know the importance of our residents being able to see their loved ones, and we are grateful that the current guidelines and decreasing rate of community spread of COVID-19 are allowing visits to resume.  It will be on an appointment-only basis (each appointment lasting 30 minutes), with the final appointment of the day beginning at 6:00 p.m.  Appointments will only be available “on-the-hour” during visiting hours to allow time for proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures between each visit.  Only two visitors will be permitted, with no one under the age of 18.  Visitors will be required to undergo a screening process by phone at the time the appointment is scheduled and will also be screened upon arriving for the visit.  We cannot schedule anyone more than two visits per week at this time to allow all of our residents to have an opportunity to see their loved ones. Visitation will take place in the chapel of the facility only.  Masks must be worn and social distancing must be maintained.  We know how badly you want to hug your loved ones and how difficult it is, but it is of the utmost importance to keep everyone safe.

Visiting hour availability will be as follows:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 2:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays: 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

To schedule an appointment, please call (304) 961-6488 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

We appreciate your cooperation with the guidelines set forth, and we cannot wait for you to be reunited with your loved one!
